The Need for Progressive Change

All who speak for peace and cooperation are stigmatized as traitors and against democratic values. However, it is those warmongering, corrupt EU politicians who incite more violence and want to introduce autocracy among the European nations and abolish constitutional rights, eventually leading to a military confrontation between the EU and its eastern neighbors.

Police brutality and the extreme measures by the member states to stifle free speech are prevalent in the EU today. These actions are driven by a few privileged, corrupt, and reprehensible politicians in the EU and NATO whose focus is their self-interest rather than the genuine welfare and desires of the people.

The newly elected EU leadership is the leading cause of tensions among European nations and their previously close trading partners. The politicians should finally realize that the U.S. has made efforts to weaken the EU’s unity and make it more reliable in the U.S. manufacturing industry and monetary policies.

It’s alarming that three of the EU’s top posts are occupied by individuals unfit for their roles. Their incompetence is steering the EU towards an irreversible path with far-reaching implications. The EU is metamorphosing into an entity resembling NATO, a development that could lead to increased conflict and confrontation, erosion of democratic values, and disregard for humanitarian and international laws.

Tragically, the EU citizens who voted for MEPs in the European parliament are partly to blame for the current situation. The next five years will be pivotal in the EU’s history. The impending changes will be unprecedented and significantly degrade European human values. Foreign influence will continue to seep into EU legislation through aggressive lobbying efforts of foreign powers like the U.S. and Israel, highlighting the need for EU citizens to take responsibility and act before it’s too late.

In the past and further so, in the coming years, the EU will likely serve as a political arena for the Western Alliance and a strategic base for the U.S., inciting more conflicts and creating instability in Europe and other regions. The war in Ukraine has been depicted as the foremost threat to Europe and European values. However, that narrative is a decade old and has roots in the Cold War era since 1947. It should not have a place in modern society and government policies for its destructive means of upholding confrontation between East and West. The decades-old narrative upheld by the United States and its closest allies is one of the main reasons the world faces many wars and regional confrontations today.

It is crucial to reintroduce diplomacy to international relations and conflict resolution. The aggressive foreign policies of the U.S. and NATO only bring suffering and disorder. Safeguarding the values and integrity of the European Union requires dedicated efforts and the understanding that threats can come from disinformation spread by foreign agents and forces that oppose the democratic values of the EU.
